AskYourVoice will manage your Personal Data collected through the website located at http://www.askyourvoice.com/ and through any Services provided to the Users based on AskYourVoice belief of respect for the individual and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

BY USING THE WEBSITE IN ANY WAY OR BY USING ANY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY ASKYOURVOICE, YOU AGREE TO THE ASKYOURVOICE PRIVACY POLICY (“Privacy Policy”). All terms particular to data protection regulation in the present Privacy Policy shall have the meaning attributed to them in the EU General Data Protect Regulation 216/679 (“GDPR”).

We collect Personal Data about the any individual or entity using any of the Services provided by AskYourVoice (“User”, “you”, “your”). We collect Personal Data to provide the services you request, to improve the User’s interaction with AskYourVoice, and to communicate with you about us. We try to limit the collected information to support the intended purpose of collection.

1.1 When We Collect Personal Data

We collect Personal Data when you use our services in accordance with any Service Agreement signed by and between AskYourVoice and you and generally when you submit Personal Data to AskYourVoice.

The Personal Data we collect may include your email accounts, social networking accounts, contact and payment information, your name and/or company name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. When you ask us to provide services for the benefit of a third party, you shall be legally authorized by said third party to disclose his/her Personal Data to AskYourVoice. This authorization shall cover Personal Data including but not limited to the name, address, phone number and email address of the third party.

To accomplish these purposes, we may combine personal and usage information we collect.

The Personal Data requested is necessary for the performance of AskYourVoice Services and to fulfil your requests. Except for Audio Recordings which will be destroyed after being sent to Client or at the termination of the Agreement, The Personal Data will be stored for as long as you have an active agreement using AskYourVoice Services and for a period of 5 years thereafter, or for the period of the statute of limitation to the extent the Personal Data may have legal effects.

2. How We Use Your Information

AskYourVoice uses your Personal Data and usage information to offer and provide our services and to support our core business functions. These include order or service fulfilment, customer service, internal business processes, marketing, loss and fraud prevention, public safety and legal functions. Some examples include:

  • To fulfil your requests for products and services and communicate with you about said requests;

    We want to communicate with you in the ways that you want to hear from us. If you no longer want to receive marketing messages from us, you can send us an email. Please allow sufficient time for your preferences to be processed.

    Securing your information is important to AskYourVoice. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of information transmitted to us.  However, no data transmission over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through the website or via our services, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you transmit on or through the website, and you do so at your own risk.

    We are committed to protecting children's privacy. In order to protect the privacy of children, AskYourVoice does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18 without prior parental consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Data from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records.

    EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ASKYOURVOICE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF ASKYOURVOICE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF ASKYOURVOICE USE OF THE PERSONAL DATA OF ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDED BY YOU AND/OR YOUR COMPANY. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In some jurisdictions, some of the foregoing limitations may not apply.
